- Served at least three years of a term of probation in the community.
- During the three proceeding years, the court has not declared you as a deferred sentence or probation violator.
- Your probation is not conditioned on an active no-contact order.
- Fulfilled all of the conditions of your probation, such as community service orders, counseling, fines, restitution, etc.
- No pending probation/deferred sentence revocation proceedings are filed against you.
- Not currently on parole in this or any jurisdiction.
- Not currently on probation, suspended sentence, or deferred sentence in any other criminal case in this or any jurisdiction.
- No pending charge(s) in this or any other jurisdiction.
