Thomas Thomasian Representing Bordeaux Bandit

|

Attorney Thomas Thomasian is representing the man nicknamed the Bordeaux Bandit from accusations that he stole bottles of wine worth nearly $5,000 apiece. The 25-year old accused, his last-known address being in Pawtucket, had been arrested on back in October for theft of expensive wine bottles, one being a bottle of 1990 Chateau Petrus worth $4,800.

An officer recognized the accused on January 8 in Smithfield where he had been wanted, and it was later discovered he was wanted on theft charges in Connecticut, New Jersey, and New York. The accused is currently being held without bail as a fugitive in Cumberland on felony larceny charges for allegedly stealing his father’s girlfriend’s gaming equipment and jewelry in 2011.

The man is due to be in court on January 27. Attorney Thomasian reports that the accused’s girlfriend contacted him.
